In order to enable Hong Kong marching bands to achieve a world-class level and remain up-to date with the latest cultural developments in relation to world marching bands, we in Continual communication with other marching band associations around the world, including in China, Japan, the United States, Italy, Korea, Thailand and Malaysia.

Our young members are our focus; we provide them with dedicated assistance and support to encourage them to achieve their full potential in the world of marching bands.

We are devoted to developing our young members' minds, training them, and enabling them to explore and increase their own abilities. We also encourage our young members to innovate, to cooperate with each other, and to dare to achieve their goals, and hence to improve their musical awareness, discipline and team spirit.
